Went to the restaurant only. The food was good, the location is next to the puppet clock, and you can even hear it when it rings on every hour. The food was tasty, i recommend the spring lasagna (пролетна лазаня).
I can say that it is a very stylish and beautifully designed restaurant. I ordered beef steak marinated in red wine with a seasonal salad with nuts on the side. For a drink, I had a local beer, which I believe was made with oat yeast, but it was too light for my taste. Overall, the flavors and the cooking were exactly how I wanted. I will definitely visit again.
Overall, the food is pretty good and speed of delivery was more than acceptable. Good selection of dishes and beverages. Interior was nice, modern and cool. Great location in downtown Stara Zagora. The waitress could be more enthusiastic. She did not show much energy or desire to help customers.
i don't know about the hotel but the restaurant.. sweet mother of Jesus. The name of the restaurant says it all. Fabulous menu with one of the best pizzas, fresh seafood and desserts I've tasted in my entire life. 5/5 stars for the good food. The restaurant deserves a Michelin star l!
The restaurant has a very fancy setup. You are greeted by very polite staff who know the menu inside out and recommend different things based on what you prefer. The food was very well made. The chicken fingers were very well breaded. The lasagna was a little dry around the edges but overall very tasty. I would definitely try the other things on the menu next time.
Service was very mediocre. Walked in and asked for a table for 2, place was completely empty, and they hemmed and hawwed, asking if we had a reservation. By the time we finished dinner and left, we still had not been joined by any other diners. Food, however, was a bright spot, other than some of it being cold due to the afore-mentioned service.
Was here for the lunch only. Great food, quick service, and fair prices – Uniquato was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Stara Zagora. The dishes were tasty and nicely presented, showing attention to both flavor and detail. Everything we ordered was fresh and well-cooked. Service was fast and efficient, and the staff was ok. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value overall. A lovely place to enjoy a relaxed meal.
